What You’ll Do

Installation Team

Climb ladders, mount track lighting, wire up systems, set up holiday displays, test and hand-off smart lighting apps.

Sales & Project Coordination

Meet homeowners or businesses, help design lighting plans, coordinate crews and timelines, deliver flawless results.

Who We’re Looking For

Skilled or semi-skilled workers who are comfortable working outdoors, on ladders, and with electrical/lighting gear.
Team players who communicate clearly, working with customers and crew alike.
Seasonal crew members (holiday lighting) and full-time staff for year-round permanent lighting installations.
People with a growth mindset, enthusiastic to learn new systems and help build a standout lighting business.
